Hardox is a steel product manufactured by applying a special heat treatment method developed by SSAB in Sweden and has high hardness and tensile strength, providing excellent wear resistance and durability.
Only SSAB's original abrasion resistant steel plate can use the brand name "Hardox".
The genuine Hardox plate is painted in red and marked with a unique identification number. You can check the authenticity using this number by contacting the seller.
Hardox abrasion steel plates are supplied in a variety of grades as shown below, and the three digits after the word "Hardox" in the product specification name mean Brinell hardness.
